Advocates empower survivors by accompanying survivors to court; assisting with victim compensation forms and benefit applications; locating safe, affordable housing; identifying legal representation, etc.
We provide food, personal care items, clothing, diapers, and laundry facilities. We have access to donated clothing for residents in need.
Many survivors are in crisis and benefit from crisis counseling. Other issues may arise while staying at the shelter that may require additional crisis counseling. For domestic violence survivors and their children in immediate danger who need emergency temporary shelter.
Support Groups are temporarily suspended due to COVID-19. 1-on-1 domestic violence education is available.
We assist survivors by providing referrals to free or low cost health, medical, housing, or legal services in the community.
Non-diagnostic trauma counseling/crisis intervention therapy is provided to survivors of domestic violence, sexual trauma, and/or child abuse.
